  • 1 package of mini phyllo cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the cheese mixture into each phyllo cup, filling them generously.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
