  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the diced beef and sear until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and simmer for 20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta with the beef sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
