Instructions

  3. Add diced tomatoes to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water. Add pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  5. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water as needed. Stir in fresh basil and salt.
  6. Plate the pasta and top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
