  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 jar (28 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Notes
