- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple and sugar.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until well mixed.
- Transfer the pineapple mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and pecans.
- Spread the cracker mixture evenly over the pineapple layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
