Ingredients
- Fresh peaches – 4 cups, sliced
- Granulated sugar – 1 cup
- Self-rising flour – 1 cup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches with half of the sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the self-rising flour with the remaining sugar.
- Spread the peach mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the flour mixture over the peaches.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
