Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until no streaks remain.
- Layer the mixture in serving cups, starting with a layer of cheesecake filling, followed by a layer of crushed graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers until cups are full.
- Top with chocolate shavings.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
