- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add baking soda and rolled oats. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and M&M’s.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free oats.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
