Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
  • You can use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
