- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, blend the softened butter, corn syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until fully combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Optionally, roll the balls in additional chopped pecans or cocoa powder for coating.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill again for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a different flavor, substitute walnuts for pecans.
- Add a splash of bourbon for an extra kick.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top for presentation.
