Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, corn syrup, and milk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans carefully.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
