- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, corn syrup, and milk until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans carefully.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, toast the pecans before adding them to the batter.
- Drizzle with a maple glaze for added sweetness.
- Experiment with chocolate chips for a variation.
