Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add garlic and ginger to the wok, stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Add bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. Return the beef to the wok, add oyster sauce, and mix well.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring everything is heated through.
  8. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

  • Use thinly sliced beef for faster cooking.
