Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger to the wok, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Return the beef to the wok, add oyster sauce, and mix well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring everything is heated through.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

- For a spicier version, add sliced chili peppers.
- Use thinly sliced beef for faster cooking.
- Pair with a side of steamed broccoli for added color.
