Ingredients

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine cocoa powder, heavy cream, peppermint extract, and sea salt.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the cocoa mixture until fully incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Using a melon baller or small scoop, form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, increase the peppermint extract.
- Try rolling in crushed candy canes for added texture.
