Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs, skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken.
- For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C) during the last 5 minutes.
- Try adding herbs like thyme or rosemary for additional flavor.
