Description

- 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup jalapeños, sliced
- 1 pound bacon, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon BBQ seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with BBQ seasoning.
- Stuff each piece of sausage with a slice of jalapeño and a dollop of cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed sausage piece with a half slice of bacon.
- Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place on the smoker rack and smoke for about 1.5 hours, or until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the smoker and let cool slightly before serving.
