- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and cook until softened.
- Stir in pepperoni, cooked pasta, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Feel free to use turkey or chicken instead of ground beef for a lighter option.
