  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  7. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  8. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, followed by pepperoni and parmesan cheese.
  10. Sprinkle oregano over the pizza.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  12. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
