  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with sliced pepperoni and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the tater tots.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
