- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Place chicken leg quarters in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
- Place chicken on the grill, skin side down, and grill for 15-20 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and continue grilling for another 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
