Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
