Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic on top.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Remove toasted bread from the oven and top each slice with the tomato and mozzarella mixture.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra basil if desired.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the tomato mixture.
- Substitute fresh mozzarella with feta for a tangy flavor.
- Use a variety of tomatoes for visual appeal.
