Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  4. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  5. Remove toasted bread from the oven and top each slice with the tomato and mozzarella mixture.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra basil if desired.
