- 300g beef mince
- 200g fresh spinach
- 250g pasta (your choice)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add beef mince, cook until browned.
- Add canned tomatoes, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in fresh spinach, cook until wilted.
- Combine pasta with the beef and spinach mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Use whole wheat pasta for added fiber.
