A fast and delicious beef mince and spinach pasta dish that combines flavors and textures.


Ingredients

  • 300g beef mince
  • 200g fresh spinach
  • 250g pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add beef mince, cook until browned.
  5. Add canned tomatoes, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in fresh spinach, cook until wilted.
  7. Combine pasta with the beef and spinach mixture.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
