- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Surround chicken with broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken and vegetables.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
