- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Introduce chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu.
- You can use any vegetables you prefer.
