- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season beef slices with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove beef and set aside. In the same skillet, add mixed vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
- Add beef back to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
