  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow to activate for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a separate bowl. Add activated yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter over the surface.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly. Add raspberries.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk to make the glaze.
  10. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
