Ingredients

- 200g rice noodles
- 150g chicken breast, sliced
- 100g bell peppers, julienned
- 100g broccoli florets
- 50g snow peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak rice noodles in hot water for 20 minutes or until soft, then drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Incorporate garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snow peas; stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
- Add drained noodles along with soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu.
- You can add a splash of lime juice for extra flavor.
- Garnish with sesame seeds for a finishing touch.
