Ingredients

  • 150g chicken breast, sliced
  • 100g bell peppers, julienned
  • 100g broccoli florets
  • 50g snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles in hot water for 20 minutes or until soft, then drain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
  4. Incorporate garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds.
  5. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snow peas; stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Add drained noodles along with soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  7. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
