Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to coat.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
