- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined. Do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into patties or meatballs.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, spoon marinara sauce over each patty and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Consider adding chopped vegetables to the mixture for added flavor.
