Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Mix in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
