- 1 cup red velvet cake crumbs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz white chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine red velvet cake crumbs, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
- Dip each chilled cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature.
Notes
- For a flavor variation, add a dash of cocoa powder to the cheesecake mixture.
- Garnish with red velvet cake crumbs for presentation.
