- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue mixing.
- Add peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in heavy cream, chocolate chips, and chopped Reese’s cups.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with additional chocolate and chopped Reese’s cups as garnish.

- For a richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate.
- Experiment with different crusts, such as Oreo or chocolate cookie crust.
- Consider adding a layer of ganache on top for added texture.
