- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the pork sausage and cream cheese until well blended.
- Add the drained Rotel tomatoes and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
