Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the white wine and let it reduce by half.
- Add chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and thyme.
- Allow the sauce to thicken, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
