Instructions

  4. Add minced garlic, cumin, and smoked paprika. Cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the lentils, vegetable broth, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30-35 minutes until lentils are tender.
  7. Remove bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
