- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
- Black icing (for decorating)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended.
- Fill each donut cavity about 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk to create a glaze.
- Dunk each donut in the glaze and let it set.
- Use black icing to create ghost faces on the donuts.
