- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 cups crab meat
- 4 cups spinach, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until opaque. Stir in crab meat and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half the ricotta mixture, half the seafood mixture, and a layer of mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute any seafood of your choice.
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine to the seafood mix.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
