Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 2 cups crab meat
  • 4 cups spinach, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until opaque. Stir in crab meat and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half the ricotta mixture, half the seafood mixture, and a layer of mozzarella.
  8. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute any seafood of your choice.
  • For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine to the seafood mix.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
