Ingredients

  • 1 lb mussels, cleaned
  • 1 lb clams, cleaned
  • 1 lb fish fillets, cubed
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add white wine and reduce by half.
  3. Pour in fish stock and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add tomatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp, mussels, clams, and fish fillets. Cook until seafood is cooked through.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and adjust seasoning.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
