Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 1 lb clams, cleaned
- 1 lb fish fillets, cubed
- 4 cups fish stock
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add white wine and reduce by half.
- Pour in fish stock and bring to a simmer.
- Add tomatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp, mussels, clams, and fish fillets. Cook until seafood is cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and adjust seasoning.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
