Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, topped with cabbage, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over the top before serving.
