Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, topped with cabbage, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños.
- Try using different types of fish as a variation.
- Garnish with avocado slices for added creaminess.
