Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the onions and garlic, cooking until translucent.
- Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
- Add bell peppers, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, add the egg noodles to the slow cooker.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
- Can substitute beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
