  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pre-baked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and boil sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
  4. Add melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
