Ingredients

  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 200g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, following package instructions.
  3. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  8. Serve immediately, garnishing with chopped parsley.
