Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta, ricotta, mozzarella, eggs, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
