A detailed recipe for making Starbucks-style egg bites at home.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Gruyère)
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, bacon, and spinach by hand.
- Grease a silicone mold with cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture into the mold, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Place the mold in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the mold.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before carefully removing the egg bites from the mold.
Notes
- Experiment with different cheese varieties for unique flavors.
- Add herbs like chives or parsley for freshness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
