Instructions
- Pat the stew meat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

- Add the stew meat to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add the marinated meat to the skillet in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
- Sear the meat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the meat from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before plating.
