- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced steak with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated steak and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the steak and set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the steak to the wok.
- Add oyster sauce and sesame oil, toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add sliced chili peppers.
- You can substitute flank steak with sirloin or ribeye.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
