Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced steak with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Add the marinated steak and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the steak and set aside.
  5. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  6. Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Return the steak to the wok.
  8. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil, toss to combine.
