Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Arrange banana slices evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Prepare gelatin by dissolving it in cold water, then adding to the strawberry puree.
- Spread the strawberry mixture over the bananas.
- Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and smooth the surface.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Strawberry puree can be made by blending fresh strawberries.
