Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Arrange banana slices evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Prepare gelatin by dissolving it in cold water, then adding to the strawberry puree.
  9. Spread the strawberry mixture over the bananas.
  10. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and smooth the surface.
  11. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
  12. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
