  • 50ml water (for gelatin)
  • Additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold in the strawberry puree gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. If using gelatin, dissolve it in warm water and mix into the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
