  • 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the corn with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Grill the corn for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
  4. Remove corn from the grill and let it cool slightly, then cut the kernels off the cob.
