Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Plate the salad and serve immediately.
